What's needed for a Great 4th of July? Three Grills and Grocery store Fire Works!
SWEET CORN IN THE SMOKER:
Soak your corn (in the husk) in sugar water for at least 30 minutes.
My Bullet Smoker has 2 grill grates, I loaded both grills with ears of corn (in husk).
Let it go for 1 hour, then help yourself to great corn on the cob!
And the great part is you can leave the corn in the smoker for up to 2 hours with out worries of it burning (the smoker's water pan keeps your corn moist).
We had a Great 4th! Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us!
